About Diplomatic Missions

Diplomatic missions are foreign representations of the Federated States of Gapla abroad. They serve Gaplan citizens living abroad or travelling and those who have business in Gapla in convenient locations.

These missions can help with emergency situations, persecution, information about Gapla, general assistance, and Gaplan visa and passport affairs.

To contact a Diplomatic Mission, use this rule for formatting the email:

• For embassies, use the common name of the country. For the United States of America and the United Kingdom, use “USA” and “UK” as the common name respectively. Append this with @gaplagov.org. For example, usa@gaplagov.org or japan@gaplagov.org. You may request a physical meeting or have your inquiries taken at this email address.
• For consulates, use the name of the region, followed by “_consulate.” Append this with @gaplagov.org. For example, newyork_consulate@gaplagov.org. Use iowaillinois_consulate@gaplagov.org for the consulate serving Iowa and Illinois and victorianswcanberra_consulate@gaplagov.org for the consulate serving Victoria, New South Wales, and Canberra.
