We must take into account countries with populations of less than one million

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, headed by the new Minister Mateo Ortiz, has decided to begin sending congratulatory letters to the winners of the presidential and legislative elections in nations with populations under one million, starting August 18, 2025, and to promote diplomatic ties with these countries.
With this decision, we hope to foster good relations with foreign countries and take advantage of strategic opportunities for both sides.
