The creation of the Foreign Affairs Committee is announced

The Foreign Affairs Committee (FAC) was announced today by Minister Mateo Ortiz, with the goal of improving the MFA's management and response.

The FAC will currently consist of two members: the current minister and the current president of the country, along with the Minister of Internal Affairs as an advisor. Advisors will not be considered as full members of the FAC but will participate by providing analysis and recommendations. The first task of this new committee will be to manage the next diplomatic letters that will be sent to the selected countries.
