Diplomatic interactions with other countries begin

Diplomatic interactions will begin on October 20, 2025, under the new administration of Minister Mateo Ortiz and with the collaboration of the new Foreign Affairs Committee (FAC).

The countries selected to receive letters from the Gapla MFA/FAC are:

• OCEANIA: Tuvalu and Niue
• EUROPE: Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus
• AFRICA: Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic and Republic of Somaliland

The Federated States of Gapla fully recognize and respect the authority and sovereignty over the territory of these countries. Our objective with this mission is to reach diplomatic agreements with these countries and achieve mutual benefits.
